FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: single sound absorber contains the rigid perforated frame, inside of which there is the sound-absorbing material. The frame is made from the lower part of the conical form with the cover and the upper part of cylindrical form, which is attached to the cover of the perforated frame lower part with the help of the vibration damping gasket, which allow to damp the high-frequency oscillations. The element used to attach the frame to the necessary item is hinged to the upper part of the cylindrical perforated frame, for example to the ceiling of the production room, and the cavities of the lower and upper parts of the perforated frame are filled with the sound-absorbing materials of various densities. At least one screw sound absorbing element of the single sound absorber is mounted around the upper cylindrical part of the perforated frame, it is made as the coil screw spring from the dense flameproof sound absorbing material. The screw sound absorbing element of the single sound absorber is made as the hollow screw sound absorbing element, made up by the outer and inner screw surfaces, forming the cavity. The space formed by the outer and inner helical surfaces is filled with sound-absorbing material. In this case, the cavity of the screw sound-absorbing element, formed by its external and internal screw surfaces, is filled with the sound absorbing mineral wool material on the basalt base like "Rockwool", or URSA mineral wool, or P-75 basalt wool, or glass wool with glass wool facing. The sound-absorbing material is faced with the acoustically transparent material, for example, the glass-like type EZ-100 or the polymer "poviden" type, and the outer and inner screw surfaces of the screw sound-absorbing element are made of the material, based on the aluminium-containing alloys, followed by filling them with titanium hydride or the air with density within 0.5…0.9 kg/m3 with the following strength properties: the compressive strength within 5…10 MPa, the bending strength within 10…20 MPa, for example foam aluminium. The outer screw surface of the screw sound-absorbing element is perforated. As the sound-absorbing material of the conical form frame lower part, the porous sound-absorbing ceramic material, having the bulk density of 500÷1000 kg/m3, and consisting of 100 parts by weight of perlite with the particles diameter of 0.5÷2.0 mm, 100÷200 parts by weight of one or more sintering materials and 10÷20 parts by weight of binding materials.

EFFECT: noise reduction efficiency increase at low and medium frequencies.
