FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for canned appetizers. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Calamari fillet, potatoes and lagenaria are cut and blanched, carrots and beetroots are blanched and cut, fresh ornamental cabbages are chopped and frozen, paprika, brined cucumbers, onion and greens are cut. Specified components are mixed with vegetable oil, acetic acid, sugar, salt, mustard and black hot pepper. Drinking water and resulting mixture are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to get new type of canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
