FIELD: control equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for monitoring state of objects in order to prevent emergency situations when controlling physical quantities. Disclosed method comprises forming a set of N sensors on delay lines on surface acoustic waves, reflectors sensors located on piezoelectric substrates in following order: first reflector of first sensor, first reflector of second sensor, ..., first reflector N-th sensor, then second reflector of first sensor, second reflector of second sensor, ..., second reflector N-th sensor, third reflector of first sensor, third reflector of second sensor …, third reflector N-th sensor, sensor polling is performed, signals are received responses sensors and their treatment, at same time series for each sensor signal delay time between first and third reflectors, phase difference is determined for virtual time delay, phase difference for time delay between first and second reflectors and phase difference between first and third reflectors, at which value of controlled physical value, obtained values are transmitted to data collection device.

EFFECT: technical result is increased stability of readings of controlled physical quantity in whole range of its change.
