PASSIVE ANTI-COLLISION TEMPERATURE SENSOR ON THE SURFACE ACOUSTIC WAVES WITH THE FREQUENCY-TIME CODING DISTINCTION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H01L41/08

Abstract RU 2665496 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in order to measure temperature in the multi-sensor monitoring systems. Passive anti-collision temperature sensor on the surface acoustic waves with frequency-time code difference, characterized by the fact that it contains the topology containing the reflecting structures, the reflection coefficient of which is determined by the corresponding frequency ƒk, and a change in the position of the reflectors in the case of a change in the ambient temperature entails a change in the phase of the last three pulses of the response signal, which allows to carry out separation, identification according to two information signs – time and frequency, as well as measuring the temperature of a plurality of passive temperature sensors in the reading area of the reader, thereby solving the collision between the passive temperature sensors on the surface acoustic waves.

EFFECT: achieved technical result consists in separation of signals from several temperature sensors in the frequency and time domain, in the event that, when a plurality of passive sensors were simultaneously interrogated by the reader, the sensor responses were superimposed on each other in time, thereby solving the problem of collision in the multi-sensor monitoring systems.
