FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to alloys based on gold, having a white colour and intended for production of jewelry items by methods of casting and metal forming. Gold-based alloy contains, wt%: gold - 58.5-59.0, palladium - 7.5-10.0, copper - 5.0-6.0, zinc - 1.4-1.6, indium - 0.4-0.6, rhodium - 0.01-0.10, silver - balance.
EFFECT: invention allows to create 585 gold-based alloy samples of white colour with high mechanical and operational properties.
