ELASTIC DEVICE Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61F6/08 A61F2/00

Abstract RU 2432927 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Intravaginal device for prevention of urinary incontinence in accordance with the first version contains stent and fixing section for holding stent in specified place during application. Stent contains elastic material, which has working section, with opposite surfaces, determined by multiple thrusts, for providing support for corresponding urinary system. Working section has diameter, measured as maximal distance between opposite surfaces. Fixing section has width. Fixing section contains, at least, one element, extending beyond the limits of, at least, one end of working section and capable of catching on vaginal walls in such a way that during application width of fixing section is larger than diameter of working section. Intravaginal device in accordance with the second version contains stent and means for fixation of working section in specified place inside user's vagina. Stent contains elastic material, which has working section, with opposite surfaces, determined by multiple thrusts, for providing support for corresponding urinary system. Working section has diameter, measured as maximal distance between opposite surfaces. Means for fixation of working section in specified place inside user's vagina has working connection with working section. Means for fixation contains, at least, one element, extending beyond the limits of, at least, one end of working section and capable of catching on vaginal walls of user. Intravaginal device in accordance with the third version contains working section and lace for removal. Working section contains elastic material, formed as wire frame, which has multiple thrusts which, at least, partially determine and support opposite surfaces of working section. Opposite working sections are able to provide support for corresponding urinary system. Working section has diameter, measured as maximal distance between opposite surfaces. Fixing section has width which in application is larger than diameter of working section. Proximal end of lace has working connection with, at least, two thrusts and is made and formed in such a way that tension at distal end of lace for removal presses together opposite surfaces of working section. Intravaginal device in accordance with the fourth version contains working section and fixing section. Fixing section contains, at least, one element, extending beyond the limits of, at least, one end of working section, to support working section in specified position during application. Fixing section is made and formed for catching on walls of user's fornix of vagina. Fixing section contains, at least, two parts, extending beyond the end of working section. Intravaginal device in accordance with the fifth version contains elastic section, which has equivalent diameter for introduction within the range from approximately 10 to approximately 20 mm. Working section is extendable for providing working equivalent diameter within the range from approximately 20 to approximately 35 mm at extension pressure from approximately 20 to approximately 150 cm H2O. Intavaginal device in accordance with the sixth version contains elastic section, which has first working equivalent diameter, at least, of 15 mm at extension pressure 20 cm H2O and second working equivalent diameter from approximately 5 to approximately 25 mm at extension pressure 100 cm H2O. Second working equivalent diameter is shorter than first working equivalent diameter.

EFFECT: inventions ensure safe and reliable fixation of disposable intravaginal devices.
