FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dermatology, cosmetology, medical cosmetics and clinical pharmacology, and represents method of skin dying in area of facial bruise including damage section localisation and size determination, injecting it along common rules with drug solution with definite temperature by means of consecutive injections initially on periphery of damaged section up to creation of complete closed infiltration ring, and then inner part, characterised by that chosen body area is illuminated with white flow scattered light, location and size of facial bruise in skin is determined by sight, drug is introduced into skin by intradermal injections, as agent used is isotonic solution of 0.9 % sodium chloride at temperature of 37-42 °C, skin inner part of facial bruise is injected up to create complete infiltration field and its fusion with water ring to form single intradermal infiltrate, above which skin acquires shape of colourless citron peel.
EFFECT: invention provides skin discoloration in area of facial bruise under conditions excluding local post injection hyposmolar tissue damage, swelling of cells, erythrocytes hemolyses and skin colouring by haemoglobin.
