FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacy and is intended for emergency provision of organs and tissues with oxygen and glucose to preserve their viability under conditions of hypoxia and ischemia. Lymph substituent agent for interstitial injections includes, wt%: 0.88 % sodium chloride, 0.06-0.1 % glucose and 0.01-0.02 % hydrogen peroxide, the rest- bidistilled water for injections with pH 7.4, with osmotic activity 280 mosmole/l of water.
EFFECT: lymph substituent agent injected in organs and tissues improves quality of interstitial fluid, provides cells with oxygen and glucose and keeps cell viability under conditions of hypoxia and ischemia.
