SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal products used in intensive care pulmonology. The following is proposed: a warm alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide, intended for intrapulmonary injection to urgently increase the oxygen content in the respiratory tract and blood, which has a volume of 30 ml, heated to a temperature of +42°C, it includes, in wt.%: 4.5 of hydrogen peroxide, 1.8 of sodium bicarbonate, oxygen until an excess pressure of 0.2 ATM is created at +8°C, the rest is water for injection with an osmotic activity of 280–300 mOsmol/l of water and alkaline activity within the pH range of 8.4–8.5.
EFFECT: use of the proposed remedy ensures the urgent transformation of sputum, mucus, pus, meconium and/or blood into oxygen foam inside the respiratory tract, increasing the oxygen content in the respiratory tract and oxygen saturation of the blood through the lungs without a local cauterizing effect, without increasing the severity of bronchitis, pneumonia and hypoxia.
