FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic drilling heads. Technical result consists in drilling boreholes of big length. Hydraulic drilling head for drilling a well shaft in mine rock contains rotating nozzle assembly containing a certain number of nozzles arranged so that to create fluid jet when feeding fluid in them under pressure. Said fluid jets contain one or several guide jets directed in general direction of hydraulic drilling head, and one or more expanded jets, oriented radially and intended for expansion of initial well shaft, created by guide jets. Hydraulic drilling head also comprises calibration ring which is arranged behind said rotary nozzle and size of which corresponds to the desired diameter of well bore.
EFFECT: said calibration ring can slide along the axis relative to said rotary nozzle between rear position in which all widening jets are open, and front position, in which at least part of widening jets is overlapped by calibration ring.
