FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of dry blockwork mixes intended for enclosing structures of effective small-size elements. Dry masonry mixture contains portland cement, light-weight filler - hollow ceramic (aluminosilicate) microspheres (KMC) with particle size 100-500 mcm, modifying additives (super-plasticiser Peramin SMF 10, air-entraining additive ASCO 93, redispersible powder Vinnapas 8034 H, hardening accelerator lithium carbonate, setting retarder tartaric acid) in following proportions, wt%: portland cement - 59.32…72.16, hollow ceramic microspheres - 21.65…35.59, superplasticiser - 0.24…0.29, air-entraining additive - 0.02, redispersible powder - 1.78…2.16, hardening accelerator 2.96…3.61, setting retarder 0.09…0.11. Technical result is reduction of average density of mortar to 800…1,100 kg/m3 depending on flow of microspheres and their bulk density, mean density of solution in dried condition to 600…900 kg/m3, preparing a solution with ultimate compressive strength 19.8…27.4 MPa, tensile bending strength 5.8…7.4 MPa, low coefficient of thermal conductivity of solution in dry state to 0.146…0.245 W/(m×°C).
EFFECT: low average density of mortar.
