FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating solution with a low density, including a composite binder, perlite sand, comprehensive functional additives and water, characterised in that it comprises microspheres - foam polystyrene beads with a density of 10 kg/m3 and a diameter of not more than 5 mm; the composite binder consists of Portland cement, production waste of perlite sand with a specific surface of 3000 m2/kg and plasticiser MELMENT F10 with their ratio of 0.793:0.195:0.012 by weight and produced by joint grinding in a vortex jet mill BCM-01; as a cross-functional additives a pore-forming - ASCO 93 and a dispersible - GENAPOL PF 80 additives are used, with the following ratio of components, wt %: the composite binder - 10-14, microspheres - 7.8-9.8, perlite sand - 70-72, 93 pore-forming additive ASCO - 0.02, a dispersible additive GENAPOL PF 80 - 0.03, water - the rest.
EFFECT: producing a heat-insulating solution of reduced density with a low coefficient of thermal conductivity, providing a high thermal protection and frost resistance of structural elements of buildings and structures.
