FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to x-ray equipment. X-ray source comprises a field emission cathode, working area of which is edge of round holes in conducting layer, and anticathode (anode) is symmetrical relative to axis of hole of field emission cathode in form of a rotation figure and has a radius smaller than that of said hole. Disclosed are versions of point and matrix integral designs.
EFFECT: technical result is larger surface radiated power and service life of source.
