FIELD: safety devices.
SUBSTANCE: shock absorber for explosion-proof elements of buildings includes housing, elastic and damping elements, support bar, to which perpendicular to its axis is rigidly fixed a support made in form of a plate. In lower surface of support there are, attached by screws, a damping base and coaxially located flange bushing, upper flange of which is connected with damping base, and lower - with clamping element of bushing type with grooves for fixing one end of elastic element made in form of conical spring, other end of which rests against a cup with a bottom and a central hole, in which a rod is placed coaxially. On external surface of flange bushing there is, installed coaxially with the rod, a safety bushing made of brittle material, for example porcelain. Cup is also made from brittle material, for example porcelain, and is fixed by screws with its shell to a clamping element. Support bar, to which perpendicular to its axis, is rigidly fixed a support made in form of a plate, has a bulge in middle part, made in form of an ellipsoid of rotation, for braking movement of explosion-proof panel.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of operation of explosion-proof devices at emergency explosion at site.
