FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: blast protection panel comprises a metal reinforced frame with a metal armoured lining and a filler - lead, has four fixed nozzles-supports in the ends. In the coating of the blast protection object there are four support rods rigidly embedded, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed nozzles-supports of the panel. The filler is made in the form of an air-lead dispersed system. Lead is made in the form of a crumb, and support rods are made elastic. The blast protection panel additionally comprises elastic damping disposable elements, which are fixed on support rods to stop sheets by means of a damping base, connected by screws with a coaxially arranged flanged bushing, the upper flange of which is connected to the damping base, and the lower one - with the pressing element of the bushing type with grooves for fixation of one of the ends of the elastic element, made in the form of a conical spring, the other end of which stops against a sleeve with a central hole, in which the rod is coaxially placed. On the outer surface of the flanged bushing there is a safety bushing installed coaxially to the rod, made of brittle disposable material, for example, porcelain. The sleeve is also made of brittle disposable material, for example, porcelain, and is fixed by its shell to the pressing elements by screws. The coaxially arranged flanged bushing is made of vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane, and the cavity between the outer surface of the elastic element made in the form of a conical spring, and the sleeve with the central opening, in which the rod is coaxially installed, is filled with vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of actuation of blast protection devices in case of an emergency explosion on a facility and to provide for return of these structures into the initial position after the explosion.
