FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel characterised by high latency liquid curing agents for hardening curable polymer resins. Disclosed is a liquid curing agent for curing curable polymer resins, particularly epoxy resins, involving: a) hydrogen; b) at least one urea derivative of formula (I) or formula (II), where R1 and R2 simultaneously or independently represent hydrogen, C1-C15 alkyl, C3-C15 cycloalkyl or together form a ring C3-C10 alkylene; R3 - hydrogen, C1-C15 alkyl, C3-C15 cycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, -NHC(O)NR1R2-substituted C1-C15 alkyl, -NHC(O)NR1R2-substituted C3-C15 cycloalkyl, -NHC(O)NR1R2-substituted aryl or -NHC(O)NR1R2-substituted arylalkyl; R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 simultaneously or independently represent hydrogen, halogen, C1-C15 alkyl, C3-C15 cycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl,-CF3, -NHC(O)NR1R2, -NHC(O)NR1R2-substituted C1-C15 alkyl, -NHC(O)NR1R2-substituted aryl or -NHC(O)NR1R2-substituted arylalkyl; and c) at least one stabiliser selected from a group comprising inorganic or organic acids. Invention also discloses an epoxy composition and polyurethane resins and composite material using said hardener and versions of using liquid hardener.
EFFECT: technical result is disclosed hardener has high latency and high reactivity at temperature of hardening.
