SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermosetting materials and relates to a curable resin composition and its preparation, which can be used in various versions of coatings, especially those which provide for high-temperature operating conditions. Curable resin composition contains a thermosetting resin, a reinforcing component containing a multiphase polymer and a thermoplastic reinforcing agent, which is a polyether sulphone and a phenylindanediamine hardener, wherein the resin composition has a glass transition temperature during curing of more than 150 °C.

EFFECT: invention provides the use of reinforcing components and hardeners with thermosetting materials, which, being cured, enabling the hardened product to reach a high glass transition temperature and exhibit mechanical and chemical properties which are especially suitable for use as coatings for various substrates exposed to severe operating conditions.
