SUBSTANCE: method for production of preserves "Stroganoff Liver" envisages recipe components preparation, cutting, sauteing in melted fat and straining, bulb onions, wheat flour is browned in melted fat, the listed components mixing with sour cream, bone broth, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg and bay leaf to produce a sauce, cutting and frying in melted fat of liver, fresh cabbage chopping and freezing, the liver, cabbage and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation, where ornamental cabbage is used. All components are taken at definite ratio.

EFFECT: invention provides a new canned using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
