FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modular shelves for manual placement and storage of products and aims to increase stiffness. Modular shelf comprises a modular metal structure formed by a number of interconnected elements, which include posts interconnected by struts, beams and resting on supports, specifically posts with recesses for receiving supporting elements for articles. Said modular shelf has an initial module, formed by two posts, which are connected to each other by at least three longitudinal struts arranged horizontally between said posts, and a reinforcing cross-arm, opposite ends of which are screwed into side holes specially designed for said purpose in posts, and rest on supports attached to lower part of posts with use of the plugs. Posts are provided with recesses arranged at equal intervals along entire length of respective strut and for receiving support members for articles that include shelves and/or crossbar for hangers and/or crossbar for small accessories, and have respective suitable widths, and their location, number and type is selected so as to best meet requirements.
EFFECT: increasing stiffness of structure.
