SUBSTANCE: invention, a wall-mounted home folding rack with a bar, a safety bar and guides, relates to home exercise equipment, and is intended for training a group of muscles with basic barbell exercises, and includes: upper and lower wall console, interconsole wall connection, a sliding base of the bench with one folding support leg and a movable bolt joint, a folding backrest and a folding seat, side posts, left and right, connected to wall consoles through movable bolt connection and additional bolts, a pair of rotary-telescoping handle bars, cantilever bar, bar with a pair of removable safety grips. Lateral left and right posts have linear guide shafts equipped with bar-holders for the bar, take-off holders for storage of discs and bar, a pair of safety supports with a cantilever holder for a bar, retainers, a safety comb, a lower stop in the floor. A distinctive feature of the disclosed simulator is that the simulator is installed on a wall, and if necessary, it can be folded before the next trainings.
