FIELD: processing and recycling wastes; metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of recycling dust exhaust gases of metallurgical production and producing polyvinyl chloride compositions on this basis, suitable for making construction and decorative finishing purposes. Method of recycling dust exhaust gases of metallurgical production is based on premixing dust from dry cleaning of process and aspiration gases electric steelmaking production, which serves as filler of the end product, with two additional components, the first of them is crushed wastes polyvinyl chloride low pressure, which serve as binder, and second is diluted alcohol-toluol solvent epoxy resin with addition of micro-fibre tissue, during 15-20 minutes till uniform distribution of components, and obtaining end product through main mixing during 10 minutes with heating mixture during mixing to temperature of 380-400°C.
EFFECT: technical result consists in broader functional capabilities.
