SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for converting solar energy to electric energy. According to invention, photoelectric device (1) containing solar concentrator (2) of ring shape is proposed, in its turn comprising outer conductor (3) located along external part of ring; outer luminescent plate (22) of trapezoidal profile and having outer peripheral receiving surface for receiving optical radiation, incident and arriving from conductor (3); inner luminescent plate (21) of trapezoidal profile and located along inner part of ring; nanostructure semiconductor layer (23), lying between two plates (21, 22) so that larger bases of corresponding trapezoidal profiles are faced to it, wherein said semiconductor layer (23) is configured to receive radiation transmitted by outer and inner plates (21, 22) and execute photoelectric effect; device (3, 5) for transfer configured to collect and concentrate incident light onto said peripheral receiving surface.

EFFECT: among main advantages associated with this invention, improvement of overall compactness; improvement of architectural integration compared to traditional panels, with respect to updating and outdoor equipment; potential reduction of accumulator battery; improved use of solar radiation; increased capacity compared to traditional panels; operation at night.
