FIELD: photovoltaic systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to photovoltaic systems and can be used to make solar active elements. Photovoltaic 3D element according to the invention includes an optically transparent substrate in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped having two opposite faces: wide, narrow long, narrow short ones. On the surface of both wide faces there is a film layered structure made as p-n+-junction of semiconductors of different compositions, crystal structure and width of the forbidden zone with absorption in the region of maximum spectrum of sunlight. Structure is arranged between two electrodes: an optically transparent film-type conducting layer and a reflecting electrode in the form of a thin metal foil, which is attached by a clamp along the entire interface surface. Optical interface element in the form of a positive belt Fresnel lens is attached with optical adhesive to one of the long narrow faces of the substrate. Ratio of values of refraction index: ns>na>nl>1, where ns is refraction index of substrate, na – of adhesive, nl – of lens, 1 – of air. Ratio of dimensions of narrow short face – width d and height h: h/d≥3(sinα)-1ns, where α is the exit aperture angle of the Fresnel lens.

EFFECT: invention provides 4–5 times higher efficiency with reduced area, no turning system, protection of working structure from dust, rain, hail, snow, radiation.
