FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical measuring equipment, namely to measurement of electric parameters of bipoles. Device comprises first unit for setting equivalent circuit, current-voltage converter, scale amplifier, analogue-to-digital converter, measurement control unit, parameters of bipoles identifier, reference sine voltage generator, frequency control unit, modes control unit, switching unit, 4n measuring terminals, shielded cable communication line switching unit, comparator unit, metering unit and switch.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the accuracy of measurement.
