SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical measuring equipment, and specifically to measurement of electrical parameters of bipoles. Disclosed solution essence consists in the fact that tank calibration unit is introduced at temperature of normal conditions, which output is connected to the first input of tank calibration unit at operating temperature, second input of which is connected to the first output of the unit for determining the operating temperature of the dielectric substance, wherein the second output is connected to the input of the density determiner of the dielectric substance at operating temperature, the output of which is connected to the first input of the mass calculator of the dielectric substance, wherein to input of unit of operating temperature of dielectric substance is connected to unit for setting range of operating temperature of dielectric substance, output of the level calculator is connected to the unit for determining the distance from the level of the dielectric substance to the reference point, the output of which is connected to the first input of the unit for approximating adjacent values of volumes at the operating temperature, output of tank calibration recalculation unit at operating temperature is connected to the second input of the unit for approximation of adjacent values of volumes at operating temperature, the output of which is connected to the second input of the dielectric substance mass calculator, the output of which is the output of the device.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device, which consists in the possibility of determining the mass of the dielectric substance, as well as in increasing the accuracy of determining the mass of the dielectric substance, which involves taking into account the effect of cryogenic temperature on the structure of the tank filled with the dielectric substance.
