FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for creation of new effective agent to increase heart resistance to arrythmogenic action of ischaemia and reperfusion. Application is proposed of kappa-opioid receptor agonist ICI-199441 (2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-N-methyl-N-[(1S)-1-phenyl-2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)ethyl]acetamide hydrochloride) as an agent which reduces probability of arrhythmias at coronary occlusion and reperfusion.
EFFECT: antiarrhythmic effect is developed in dose, which in 10 times less than dose of U-50488 required to increase heart resistance to arrhythmogenic action of ischaemia and reperfusion.
