FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: device for preparing skin graft contains a mechanism for raising a skin blister in donor area and element for its cutting. Preparation of skin graft is carried by means of device and substrates. Grafts placed on a substrate made of an inelastic deformable material followed by substrate stretching. Skin grafts are transferred onto second substrate. Second substrate with grafts is applied to a patient recipient site. Device provides for harvesting of a plurality of skin grafts for further placement on substrate.
EFFECT: method provides increase of skin graft size till recipient site size which is bigger than donor site by arranging a plurality of grafts on a substrate and its expansion.
