SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to reconstructive plastic and pediatric surgery, traumatology and orthopedics. When performing an operation to eliminate contractures of the hands or feet, the fragment or fragments of the patient's epidermal layer that have been detached during the surgical intervention are cut off and washed in saline solution. Then, at the final stage of the operation, the specified fragment or fragments are straightened and stretched on a wet gauze cloth, cut into smaller fragments, according to the size corresponding to the closed wound surfaces, placed on the inside on the postoperative wounds and pressed to their surface, and then fixed with a soft atraumatic mesh bandage.

EFFECT: method provides low-traumatic plastic closure of postoperative wounds in patients with congenital epidermolysis bullosa; it can be implemented in treatment protocols of patients with this pathology with the development of complications in the form of acrodeformations when providing them with high-tech medical care.
