FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering packer with circulation valve into well on a tubing string. Its compacting element is unpacked together with extensible dies in given range. Cementing solution is pressed into bed through packer under pressure. Pressure in tubing pipes is lowered and cementing solution is left in sub-packer area under pressure. According to invention, packer is lowered together with launch device. Locking ball is dropped and launch device is activated, which locks packer in operation column by means of extensible dies and concurrently opens circulation channels. Through the latter well is washed, cementing solution is pumped into given range. Well mouth is pressurized. Cementing solution is pressed into bed or behind-column space. Then, without lowering pressure, compacting element of packer is unpacked with concurrent closing of its circulation apertures and detaching of launch device. Cementing solution is left in sub-packer area under pressure. Pressure in tubing pipes is lowered. Well mouth is depressurized. Cementing solution is washed out from above-packer area and tubing string is raised to surface together with launch device. Device includes packer with compacting element, made in form of toroidal ring, enclosed in metallic case cut along perimeter, locked on outer side and with the space on inner side, together with extensible dies. Packer is provided with spring launch device, having a body. In upper portion of body a sleeve is located for connecting tubing pipes and a spring stop. In the latter by one end a locked spring is placed, stopped by its other end against cylinder flange. The latter is mounted on body of launch device and locked relatively to this body by a ball lock. The lock is locked by cylindrical bushing. Bushing by its upper portion overlaps circulation apertures in this body. A portion of a bushing is provided with a saddle for locking ball dropped from surface. Flange of moveable cylinder of launch device interacts with packer flange, whereon by means of joints extensible packer dies are mounted and which is provided with axial displacement locker. Packer is located at lower portion of body of launch device, end of which is connected with inner spring ring to a plug. On a plug an outer spring ring is mounted, fitting in the groove of this support and fixing a plug in it at working position. Moveable support of packer is connected to lower end of launch device body. Compacting element is mounted at moveable support and is stopped against profiled wall.
