FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions intended for thermal effect on bottom hole formation zone with high-viscosity oil, including for reduction of loss-paraffin substances when heated high viscous oil and destruction of emulsion. Method includes lowering downhole electric heater at the tubing string (TS) in high-viscosity oil formation interval with subsequent heating and extraction of heated product pump from the well. Prior to lowering of the heater into the well oil viscosity is determined and content of paraffin substances. At high-viscosity oil viscosity more than 200 mPa·s and content of paraffin substances in high-viscosity oil is more than 15 % to the well via capillary pipeline dosing pump is supplied chemical mixture consisting of solvent in an amount of 1 % of the volume of extracted products from the well and demulsifier in an amount of 0.15 kg/m3 of the volume of high-viscosity oil in extracted products from the well. Electric heater is arranged opposite the bed perforation interval with high-viscosity oil, and pump-above electric heater. Pump is used screw pump with tube anchor. Include station, feeding electric heater and heating the bottom hole formation zone with high-viscosity oil electric heater for 3 h after which the drive screw pump with simultaneous supply of the dosing pump via capillary pipeline chemical mixture at the output of the screw pump. Note here that at increase of load by current on the drive screw pump to 35 A supply of chemical mixture at the output of the screw pump is increased to 15 l/h, and at reduction of load by current on the drive screw pump to 12 A supply of chemical mixture at the output of the screw pump is reduced to 5 l/h.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of thermal effect on bottom hole formation zone and higher reliability.
