FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil production, in particular, to a method for producing high viscosity oil. The method for producing high viscosity oil using electric heating and delivering a chemical agent to a target point of the well includes stages whereat a chemical agent supply unit, a heater for the well product and an oil producing device are run down to the bottomhole area at a tubing string to the target point of the well; the first dose of the chemical agent is supplied to the bottomhole area by the chemical agent supply unit to the target point of the well during 10-40 hours, at that a demulsifier is used as the chemical agent and its first dose varies within the range from 1 up to 10 kg/day; electric heating of the well product is carried out by the well product heater in order to heat the bottomhole area to the temperature of 50-60°C, at that the supplied dose of the chemical agent is reduced up to the second dose, moreover the second dose is equal to 0.04-0.06 kg/day; oil production is carried out by the oil producing device, at that the supply of the chemical agent and electric heating of the well is controlled by a control unit so that the supply of the chemical agent second dose is maintained and oil temperature is kept within the preset range of the temperature of 30-60°C.

EFFECT: increased well rate of high viscosity oil production due to reduced kinematic viscosity of the produced oil, increased repair interval of pump equipment due to reduced operation severity, reduced power consumption at the production of high viscosity oil.
