SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of package. Method of producing package includes a connection along first and second parts of material, in which at least first part of material consists of laminate type containing mechanically stabilising layer, an electroconductive layer and welded layer in which mechanically stabilising layer is formed a cardboard material, in which first part of material is made so that welded layer can be melted energy supply in an electroconductive layer and in which connection includes a step of welded layer is pressed to second part of material, where energy is supplied in an electroconductive layer, method is characterised by that supply of energy per unit time, that is, power supply, in an electroconductive layer is changed during period of time, in which energy is supplied to electroconductive layer, where power supply at end of supply period is less than at earlier stage, where power supply has a maximum or almost maximum allowable value during first phase of period of supply, and where first phase is at least 40 % of period of supply.
EFFECT: technical result is method is especially suitable for systems with thick welded layer, possibility of optimisation of power, reduced time and providing a competitive rate of process.
