FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in making aircraft fastening clips and comprises friction welding of thermoplastic material with fibrous composite material. Relative displacement of both materials is produced by their rotary and vibration relative displacement. Fibrous composite material represents matrix material reinforced by fibers, or contains matrix material reinforced by fibers while said matrix material is either thermosetting material or contains it. Thermoplastic material is a component of fastening clip or said clip consists of thermoplastic material while fibrous composite material makes a component or component consists of fibrous composite material to allow welding fastening clip thermoplastic material together with fibrous composite material to joint fastening clip with component to produce fastening clip devices.

EFFECT: simplified method, no use of harmful substances.
