SUBSTANCE: invention can be used, in particular, for accelerated recovery of fertility, first of all, of arable lands. Method of accelerated recovery of fertility of agricultural lands contaminated with oil up to 1 l/m2, involves adding uncontaminated soil, sand, organic and mineral fertilisers, ground straw, charcoal, effective microorganisms. Non-contaminated soil, sand, half-decomposed cattle manure, sediments of municipal effluents, peat, chicken droppings, biohumus ground straw, charcoal, nitrophoska, lime and gypsum spring are thoroughly stirred at specially selected prepared site with uniform spraying diluted solution of efficient microorganisms Baikal-EM-1 with subsequent loading and uniform projection of homogeneous biomass into contaminated area, mixed, plough at depth of 15-20 cm with soil overturning, pre-sowing cultivation with harrowing and sowing of appropriate agricultural crops.

EFFECT: this method allows to increase soil fertility in first vegetation period, crop capacity of cultivated crops, and improve environments.
