FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of stabilisation of preset altitude. To stabilise given flight altitude, method employs signals from control panel ACS given flight altitude and preset distance to program simulated target, signals from system of measuring parameters of flight, control signal to drive elevator in a certain manner, successive steps of control actions, having a signal of previous step for its redefining of changed from control panel ACS signal distance to program simulated target if further adaptation control law is necessary.
EFFECT: provides for realisation of adaptive, discrete-continuous, forced control elevators for stabilisation of flight altitude.
