FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to composite crank shafts, mainly for mud pumps and internal combustion engines. Crankshaft contains at least one crankpin (1) and two main jaws (2). Jaws 3 are composed of interconnected main bearing cover (4), rod cover (5) and two posts (6). In through mounting hole (7) of jaw (3) there are jaws (1, 2) and four semi-rings (9), fixing of jaws (1, 2) against axial movement. Jaws (1, 2) are combined with corresponding covers (4, 5) with help of keys (10, 13), which simultaneously serve to transmit shaft torque and fix jaws (1, 2) from turning relative to jaws (3). On jaws there are lugs (16) and grooves (17) for connection of composite elements with each other to form crankshaft.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of overall dimensions and weight of shaft while maintaining its high stiffness, as well as increasing its repairability and durability.
