FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to automotive industry, and can be used in production of crankshafts. Composite crankshaft contains at least two coaxially arranged main journals (1, 2), jaws (3, 4), in each of which there is a hole for connection, located between them eccentrically to rotational axis (5) of composite crankshaft cranked neck (6) with conical grooves on each side with installed rolling bearing (7) and fixed relative to jaws against crank, bushing (8, 9), threaded connection. Bushings (6, 7) are made split and with conical holes (10, 11) are combined with conical surfaces (12, 13) by cranked neck (6) and external cylindrical surfaces (14, 15) with surfaces of jaws (3, 4) with creation of radial tension in assembled composite crankshaft between them at axial braking of parts of composite crankshaft. Threaded connection is made in the form of two screws (16, 17), which are in contact through gaskets (18, 19) with the end surface of bushings (8, 9), which are installed in the through threaded hole in cranked neck (6) from different sides, providing for the components of the cranked shaft.

EFFECT: providing the required basic distance of the conical connection, reducing the dimensions of the composite crankshaft at maintaining its rigidity, simplification and improvement of efficiency of assembly of a composite crankshaft, reliability and resource of the whole mechanism due to possibility of use of rolling bearings, as well as solid movable rods.
