FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to automotive industry, and can be used in production of crankshafts. Composite crankshaft device includes at least two coaxial root journals (1, 2), jaws (3, 4), in each of which there is hole for connection, crank pin (6) located between them eccentrically to rotation axis (5) of shaft, fixed relative to jaws against cranking, bushings (6, 7), threaded connection. Crank pin (6) has cylindrical grooves (8, 9) with radial cuts (10) and conical holes (11, 12) on each side, and bushings (15, 16) have through holes and outer conical surfaces (13, 14). Conical holes (11, 12) are aligned with conical surfaces (13, 14) to create a radial tension in the assembled shaft between them during axial tensioning of shaft parts, and threaded connection made in the form of two screws (17, 18), which are in contact with end surface of bushings (15, 16), installed in through threaded hole in cranked neck (6) from different sides, provides for coupling of shaft parts. By moving screws (17, 18) along the thread towards each other, bushings (15, 16) are moved along conical surfaces (13, 14). Radial deformation of split lobes (19) provides interference in connection of cylindrical surfaces (8, 9) of crank neck (6) with jaws (3, 4).

EFFECT: reduction of overall dimensions of composite crankshaft at maintaining its rigidity, simplification and increase in productivity of process of assemblage of composite crankshaft, reliability and resource of whole mechanism due to possibility of use of rolling bearings, as well as solid movable rods.
