SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to tires. Pneumatic tire comprises tread with web sections, each having a slot-like groove. Slot-like groove includes perpendicular section and section of bend, bending along perpendicular section in direction perpendicular to one side, and then to other. Bending section includes in direction on depth first point of additional bend, main point of curvature and second point of additional bend. First and second inclined sections have areas and ratio between their areas and projection area for slot-like grooves. Ratio for first and second inclined sections are not less than 0.1.

EFFECT: better braking characteristics due to suppression of deformation of sections of links and improvement of properties of landing on ground is achieved.
