System of pipelines for fluid medium includes a pipeline and unit for fluid treatment. Unit has a bypass pipeline. On flow path of fluid medium of bypass pipeline there is a hydraulic diode. Coupling adapter has a pipe coupling for connection of pipelines. Rolling stock is engaged via adapter. Fluid treatment method consists in that fluid treatment unit and unit for flow limitation unit for preparation of fluid medium are arranged in a row on fluid path pipeline section, which this will overcome bypass pipeline unit. On flow path of fluid medium of bypass pipeline there is a hydraulic diode.
