FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuously variable transmission (CVT). CVT consists of shaft (1) pivotally connected to body (4); first pulley (14) attached to shaft (1); second pulley (12), moving parallel to axis of rotation (1A) of shaft, gear (6), pivotally connected to case, electric drive (30) engaged with sprocket. Second pulley is fixed in rotary engagement with first pulley by means of element (22) of first pulley mutually engaged with receiving element (12A) of second pulley. Receiving element of second pulley is located at angle (11A) of inclination of helical line with respect to axis of rotation. Sprocket engages with help of thread (6B) with movable element (26), besides, wherein between moving element and second pulley there is bearing (16). Movable element is engaged with housing (5A), resulting in parallel displacement of moving element to axis of rotation. Second pulley is axially movable at rotation of sprocket.
EFFECT: simplified control CVT.
