SUBSTANCE: device for moving long components in polymerisation furnace during powder painting includes a support element, having at least one cell for long components and a unit for movement of parts from feed branches of conveyor and back to output branch of conveyor. Unit for moving components is a horizontal plate with at least two cells for long components, where horizontal plate is fixed on two hinges and rotates around horizontal axis of drive geared motor, while always remaining in horizontal position. Horizontal plate is configured for pickup from feed pipeline branches of long component and placing it into oven chamber to first cell of support element with simultaneous displacement of cells of support element of furnace chamber of long component and placing it on outlet branch of conveyor.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions of polymerisation furnace for powder coating and energy carrier consumption.
