FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: soundproof panel is made from steel plates, lower and upper, in form of separate geometric figures, fixed to each other on both sides on flexible material. In assembly plate there are sockets with projections, surrounding lower plate along perimeter and providing uniform gap between plates attached by exhaust rivets. In plates countersink is made under exhaust rivets widening part. Manufacturing method of soundproof panel consists in fact that lower plates are placed on assembly plate, then covered with flexible material, top plate is laid on flexible material. Every top plate is fixed on bottom plate with two retainers fitted in both plates in diagonal. Top and bottom plates are attached to each other along diagonal with two exhaust rivets through free holes in plates. Two retainers are removed from plate and both plates are fixed through two cleared holes with exhaust rivets.

EFFECT: simplified process of soundproof panel making.
