FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building. Soundproof panel contains steel plates fixed from both sides ob flexible material, in particular on metal grid coated with basalt fibre. In the places of long components passing in the soundproof panel, shaped holes are made, e.g. rectangular. In the holes, split plates made of resilient elastic material, e.g. of rubber, are installed. Split plates are fixed by splines to steel plates forming the shaped holes. Slit between steel plates is sealed by attachment splines. Method of soundproof panel manufacturing consists in wrapping the metal grid by basalt fibre fabric. Grids are laid between set of top and bottom plates and fixed by coupling screws. On the soundproof panel, marking for long components location is made. According to marking, top and bottom steel plates are removed together with metal grid and basalt fibre fabric thereby forming shaped holes. Between steel plates, metal grid and basalt fibre fabric slit is made from soundproof panel edge to shaped hole. Then long components are placed through the slit in soundproof panel with shaped hole. The soundproof panel is fixed on grating.
EFFECT: better acoustic insulation and lower rigidity of soundproof panel is achieved.
