FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical monitoring to monitor physiological state of patient. Medical system comprises one or more MBAN systems. Each MBAN system includes one or more devices MBAN, which are obtained and patient's data is transmitted via wireless communication channel concentrator of small radius of action. Patient's data transmission over short-range wireless communication is within given range. One of spectra is spectrum, belonging to main user of third side. Hub device receives patient data transmitted by one or more devices MBAN, and communicates with central monitoring station by means of communication with large radius of action. In response to request main user-third side of spectrum of main user-third party device concentrator performs redistribution on other spectra based on priority level urgency services transmitted by each device concentrator.

EFFECT: reduced probability of loss of critical medical data received medical system of local body networks (MBAN).
