FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: current limiter comprises magnetic saturated core, which includes first rod, second rod with first AC coil wound on second rod, third rod with second AC coil wound around third rod, wherein first and second coils AC are wound in series and are connected with AC source of first phase, and fourth rod. First magnetizing unit is configured to generate first closed magnetic circuit in first rod and second rod, having first direction of magnetic flux, and second coil to create second closed magnetic circuit in third rod and fourth rod having second direction of magnetic flux, wherein first direction of magnetic flow second direction is opposite to magnetic flux. First and second AC coils are made with possibility of creating first closed magnetic circuit of alternating current in second and third rods in direction of magnetic flux of alternating current, which varies in each half-period of alternating current.

EFFECT: improved performance of limiter.
