FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cement production. Plant comprises first step for crushing raw material to produce raw powder, second step for burning and sintering of raw powder with formation of cement clinker, third stage for cooling of sintered cement clinker and fourth stage for crushing sintered cement clinker with formation of cement, wherein first system and fourth system are integrated into structurally unified grinding apparatus in which each of said first and fourth systems are made in form of circulation grinding system with separator. Note here that said system is equipped with at least one feed pipeline for gas supply to first and fourth circulation grinding systems of said second and third grinding systems to allow separate gas feed to said first and fourth circulation grinding systems.

EFFECT: no necessity to stop plant during maintenance or repair of one of grinding stage due to switching of different assemblies and high efficiency of plant.
