FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for crumbling not electric conducting material in crumbling device with milling members of output 60 t/h and higher consists in neutralisation of "debris-layer" in near surface layer of milling members. The milling members are processed with electric potential; crumbled material is treated with SAS (surface active substance) at amount from 50 % to 100 % from standard amount. Also, there is increased wear resistance of milling members. Cement or additives are produced by the above described procedure with specific surface 280-500 m2/kg and with improved flow index. Here there is also disclosed cement or additive produced by this crumbling procedure. Additionally, there are disclosed the procedure for increased wear resistance of milling members and procedure for increased index flow of product.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of milling and flow index.
