FIELD: radar ranging and radio navigation.
SUBSTANCE: said result is achieved by that radar station on basis of GSM cellular communication networks, intended for detection of targets located in surface illumination field of base stations of cellular communication, there is a device for generating directional illumination intended for enhancing backlight signal of GSM standard for expansion of spatial parameters of radar stations.
EFFECT: amplifying illumination signal of GSM standard in directions and levels with weak or absent coverage of cellular communication networks to required power level.
