SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information system “Electronic terminal automated control system of motor transport enterprises”. System comprises interconnected terminal, which includes a unit for implementation of track sheets, reception-transmission unit documents, unit for providing frame information, a unit for sending messages, a unit for client and server, which includes a database system logging unit, unit of reports, administration unit, unit for interaction with a database (DB), data preparation unit, alarm unit, unit for interaction with external information systems (IPN), control unit of transmitting messages communication unit with electronic document management system (EPS), a communication unit with a frame system, unit for communication with transport system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of making documents owing to automation of processes related to their coating.
